All LW series condensate overflow safety switches carry a 3-year warranty. Covers the LW1 basic wet switch and LW2 WiFi condensate switch for HVAC drain pan, air handler, water heater, and BMS applications. Includes the submersible aluminum housing, stainless-steel sensing probes, 5A SPDT relay, plenum-rated cable, and all internal electronics. The LW replaces traditional float switches and felt-pad wet switches with longer-lasting, false-alarm-free condensate overflow protection.
